Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Once your contract is signed and your non-refundable retainer has been paid, your date is officially reserved.
If you choose to cancel your booking, the retainer will not be refunded.
If you need to reschedule your date, please notify me at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling requests made with fewer than 7 days’ notice will incur a $75 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Do you travel?
Absolutely! I love traveling.
Travel expenses are not included in my standard packages, but I’ll create a custom package tailored to your specific needs.
This is my first photoshoot. What should I know?
Don’t worry about knowing how to pose that’s my job!
I’ll guide you through the entire session with easy direction and natural prompts so you can relax, have fun, and be yourselves. My goal is to capture genuine moments in a lighthearted, comfortable environment that reflects who you are.
What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
I always keep a close eye on the forecast leading up to your session. However, if the weather unexpectedly changes and isn’t suitable for an outdoor shoot, we’ll happily reschedule.
My priority is making sure you receive the beautiful photos and experience you’ve been envisioning, and I never want the weather to compromise that.
